The Chenin Blanc Les Onglés 2021 from Stéphane Bernaudeau is born on schist in Anjou, through biodynamic farming. Aged in barrels, it reveals notes of white fruits, thyme, and white pepper, with a subtle minerality. Lively and silky, it pairs beautifully with shellfish and cheeses through 2028.

To the eye – A pale golden robe of crystalline clarity, where light dances over a silky and vibrant texture.
On the nose – Aromas of crisp apple and Williams pear intertwine with notes of fresh thyme, white pepper, and a saline touch.
On the palate – The texture is at once taut and velvety, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that stretches into a long and precise finish, where hints of ripe fruit and gentle spices can be discerned.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
