To the eye: Golden robe with pale highlights, of crystalline clarity and an almost silky texture in the light.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe quince and juicy pear intertwine with notes of candied citrus, a hint of toasted bread and a subtle mineral saltiness.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a chiselled acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish where a beautiful tension lingers.
Serve at 15°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to enhance its complexity.
