La Cras Bourgogne 2023 White, born on the chalky hillsides of Plombières-lès-Dijon. Made from biodynamic Chardonnay, it offers notes of citrus and white flowers, aged in tank. Mineral, taut, with a saline finish. To enjoy with fish or fresh cheeses, now or within 3 years.
Nestled on the heights of Plombières-lès-Dijon, this family estate cultivates an intimate bond with the limestone soils of the Côte d'Or. A respectful approach to the terroir, where biodynamics guides every gesture.
- Terroir : Chalky and marly soils of Burgundy, fully east-facing — a mineral and fresh signature.
- Vinification : Barrel ageing for a pure expression of Chardonnay, between tension and elegance.
To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and crisp apple, followed by notes of flint and a saline touch in the background.
On the palate: Lively and precise texture, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, with a saline and persistent finish.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy glass to reveal its purity.
A vintage marked by a preserved freshness, where the balance between maturity and mineral tension is expressed with precision.
- Ageing potential : To enjoy now or to keep for 3 to 5 years, in a cool cellar away from light.
