To the eye – A deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of silky density and a brilliance subtly aged by time.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry, toasted cedar and blonde tobacco, lifted by a hint of damp undergrowth and a saline note reminiscent of Atlantic breezes.
On the palate – A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, extending into a long and harmonious finish where gentle spices and candied fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
