Haut Brion 1970

Enjoy the distinction of Château Haut-Brion 1970, a great red wine from Pessac-Léognan, Premier Cru Classé, signed by Domaine Dillon. This noble blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot flourishes on gravel and clay soils in a temperate Bordeaux climate. The 1970 vintage, favored by a warm, stable summer, is characterized by its remarkable balance. Aged for 22 months in new oak barrels, it reveals an elegant, perfectly controlled structure. On tasting, it reveals complex aromas of ripe blackcurrant, leather, blond tobacco, as well as smoky and mineral notes. On the palate, the texture is velvety, the tannins refined, and the finish long and expressive. This prized vintage will delight lovers of classic Bordeaux. Ideal for enriching a cellar or marking a special occasion, this exceptional wine promises an unforgettable tasting experience.
