To the eye – A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, dense and luminous, revealing a velvety texture from the very first glance.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry and crunchy blackcurrant, followed by notes of toasted cedar, blonde tobacco and a saline touch reminiscent of damp undergrowth.
On the palate – A silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and taut finish where sweet spices and melted tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
