Tasting notes for Château Pavie Pavie 1986
- To the eye : A deep garnet robe with tawny reflections, dense and slightly viscous, betraying accomplished maturity and remarkable concentration.
- On the nose : An intense bouquet where notes of candied blackcurrant and prune come first, followed by deeper nuances of blond tobacco, aged leather and gentle spices, all underlined by a mineral hint of graphite.
