Domaine Peyre Rose
Founded by Marlène Soria, this estate embodies the Languedoc’s dedication and character, nestled among the hills of Saint-Pargoire.
- Terroir: Stony clay-limestone hillsides, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and swept by garrigue winds, shape wines of rare depth.
- Winemaking: An organic and biodynamic approach, combined with patient aging in tanks and barrels, brings out cuvées of great purity and vibrant energy.

Tasting notes for Domaine Peyre Rose Belle Léone 2015
Appearance – A deep red color with garnet highlights and a dense, silky look.
Nose – Wild blackberry and black cherry aromas intertwine with violet, licorice and cold ash notes, lifted by a saline, spicy touch.
Palate – A full, taut structure in which firm, powerful tannins envelop generous fruit, supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a remarkably long finish.
Serve at 16–19 °C in a red wine glass.
2015 vintage
A vintage marked by Mediterranean balance, with warmth and freshness coming together to produce a cuvée of great intensity and fine tension.
- Aging potential: Enjoy through 2040; store under good conditions, away from light and temperature fluctuations.
