Domaine Peyre Rose’s Clos des Cistes 2008, grown on the limestone soils of the Coteaux du Languedoc, brings together Syrah (90%) and Grenache in a red wine with aromas of tapenade and licorice. Aged in stainless steel, it combines richness and freshness. Ideal with sauced meats through 2030.
Founded by Marlène Soria in the 1990s, this estate pursues exacting standards in the heart of the Coteaux du Languedoc, near Saint-Pargoire.
- Terroir: Vineyards rooted in the stony, sun-drenched soils of Saint-Pargoire, where the Mediterranean climate leaves its mark on cuvées of rare intensity.
- Winemaking: Long, meticulous aging in stainless steel and concrete tanks preserves the purity of the fruit while shaping a deep, elegant structure.
