The Château Mouton Rothschild 1988, Premier Cru Classé of Pauillac, is sourced from the gravelly soils of the Médoc. With 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, this oak barrel-aged wine reveals aromas of blonde tobacco and vanilla. On the palate, fleshy tannins and lively freshness lead to a mineral finish with notes of kirsch. Ideal until 2032.
Nestled in the heart of Pauillac, this legendary estate has embodied Bordeaux excellence for generations, combining family tradition and artistic audacity.
- Terroir : Deep gravels of Pauillac, where the gravelly soils and oceanic climate shape wines of mineral structure and rare elegance.
- Vinification : A meticulous blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, aged 18 months in new barrels for an expression that is at once powerful and refined.
