- To the eye : A garnet-red robe with brilliant highlights, dense and silky, betraying a perfect maturity and subtle concentration.
- On the nose : Initially vibrant with notes of blueberry and fresh blackcurrant, the bouquet opens up with smoky accents, aged leather and a saline touch, reminiscent of the gravelly terroir.
- On the palate : A velvety texture, carried by precise acidity and well-rounded tannins, releases an aromatic richness where dark fruits, soft spices and a chalky minerality intertwine, leading to a long and refined finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to bring out its full complexity.
