The Petit Roy Savigny-lès-Beaune 2020 Blanc from Domaine Petit-Roy, a Chardonnay aged in old barrels, expresses aromas of citrus and a chalky minerality. Its palate, lively and silky, captivates with its balance. Ideal with fish or cheeses, it can be cellared for 3 to 5 years.

A family estate rooted in the Côte de Beaune, where tradition meets a natural and respectful approach to the terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone and marly soils of Savigny-lès-Beaune, bearing a chalky minerality and an elegance typical of Burgundy.
- Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation in old barrels, without added sulphur, for precise and lively wines that are a faithful reflection of the Chardonnay.

- On the palate: Taut and precise texture, lively acidity balanced by a discreet roundness, long and saline finish, marked by an elegant tension.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy glass to reveal its purity.
