Since the 1960s, this estate has cultivated 3 hectares of vines on rich terroirs in the Ardre and Marne valleys, combining tradition and passion to produce champagnes of remarkable finesse.
This brut champagne, with a dosage of 5.6 g/l, seduces with its balance of freshness and complexity. Its harmonious blend combines 50% Chardonnay for elegance and liveliness, and 50% Pinot Noir for structure and power. Aged for several years on lees, it reveals a unique aromatic richness.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, candied lemon and stone fruits such as peach intertwine with a touch of brioche. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, tangy freshness and a lingering finish, marked by notes of hazelnut and delicate minerality.
