Nestled on the hillsides of Saint-Émilion, this family estate embodies the excellence of great Bordeaux crus, combining tradition and viticultural precision.

Tasting notes for Château Troplong Mondot Troplong Mondot 1990 Magnum
- Appearance : Deep robe with garnet reflections, of silky density and velvety brilliance, betraying an accomplished maturity.
- On the nose : Aromas of wild blackberry and blackcurrant intertwine with roasted notes of coffee and espresso, lifted by a hint of licorice and a saline edge, reminiscent of the estate's chalky soils.
- On the palate : Generous and fleshy attack, carried by a smooth texture and a discreet yet lively acidity, while a chalky minerality extends the finish into a long, spiced persistence.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its aromas.
