The Troplong Mondot 2003, a Premier Grand Cru Classé B, is born from a clay-limestone terroir. This oak barrel-aged wine offers aromas of dark fruits and spices. The palate, dense and velvety, combines power and freshness. Perfect with game or a roast, to drink until 2042.

Nestled on the heights of Saint-Émilion, this historic estate has embodied Bordeaux excellence since 1700, combining tradition and modernity.
- Terroir : A clay-limestone soil at 110 metres of altitude on the Right Bank lends the wines a distinctive minerality and refined structure.
- Winemaking : Aged in new oak barrels (up to 75%), with a meticulous approach to preserving the balance between power and elegance.
Tasting Notes for Château Troplong Mondot 2003
- Appearance : A deep, dense and luminous purple robe, revealing a silky texture from the very first glance.
- Nose : A generous bouquet blending juicy blackberry, ripe blackcurrant, notes of liquorice and truffle, lifted by a touch of vanilla and cocoa, all underpinned by a chalky minerality.
- Palate : A voluminous attack, velvety yet present tannins, discreet acidity supporting a rich body, and a long finish where aromas of dark fruits and soft spices unfold.
Serve at 16 °C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
