Here, there are no standardized recipes or industrial winemaking: Thomas Perseval puts terroir first, producing organic Champagne wines of remarkable aromatic precision and vinosity, certified Organic Agriculture since the 2012 harvest. With only 2.5 hectares of vines spread across six distinct plots, and a deliberately limited production, each cuvée from this small family estate is a rarity highly sought after by lovers of grower Champagnes.
