At the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, where the wooded hillsides gently slope down to the tranquil waters of the river, Champagne Bourgeois-Diaz embodies a radically human and sincere vision of Champagne viticulture. This family estate, established in Crouttes-sur-Marne in the Aisne département, approximately 25 kilometres east of Meaux and halfway between Paris and Reims, produces Champagnes of remarkable purity and precision, recognised by natural and biodynamic wine enthusiasts the world over. On fewer than seven hectares of vines cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilisers, Jérôme and Charlotte Bourgeois-Diaz craft eight Champagne cuvées as well as a red Coteaux Champenois.
