- Terroir: Chalky soils of the Grands Crus of Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry – a mineral and saline signature that defines the identity of the wines.
- Vinification: Traditional method and extended aging to reveal the purity of the Chardonnay, between tension and elegance.

On the nose: Aromas of linden blossom and green apple mingle with notes of fresh almond and hazelnut butter, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of menthol.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a calcareous minerality, before a long and saline finish where nuances of liquorice and flint emerge.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a Champagne flute or a white wine glass to bring out its complexity.
