The Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes du Levant 2015 from Larmandier-Bernier is born from the chalky soils of Cramant. Made from Chardonnay vines planted in 1930 and 1962, this Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut offers aromas of white fruits and citrus, lifted by a saline minerality. Aged in barrels and Stockinger vats, its lively and precise palate pairs with shellfish or refined dishes until 2030.
