The Cornas Reynard 2019, born on the granitic soils of Reynard, embodies Northern Rhône Syrah. Fermented as whole clusters and aged 24 months in large oak casks, this unfiltered wine offers dark fruits, spices and a vibrant minerality. To be kept until 2035, it pairs beautifully with red meats and game.
A family estate rooted in the steep terraces of Cornas, where meticulous hand work and deep respect for the terroir shape wines of rare authenticity.
- Terroir: Granitic and clay soils of the Northern Rhône, south-southeast facing, imparting a characteristic minerality and tension to the Syrah.
- Vinification: Traditional and non-interventionist methods, with whole-cluster fermentation and extended aging in large oak casks and barrels.

To the eye: A deep red robe with violet reflections, dense and silky, revealing a generous texture and beautiful concentration.
