Nestled in the heart of Cornas, this family estate embodies a legacy of Syrah shaped by the schist soils of the Ardèche, where each generation refines the dialogue between terroir and time.

- Winemaking: Whole-cluster fermentation and aging in old large oak casks preserve the purity of the fruit and the tension of the terroir, without artifice.

On the nose: First come aromas of wild blackberry and fresh blackcurrant, followed by notes of violet and black pepper, then a touch of licorice and subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A precise opening, where a fleshy texture meets lively acidity and granite minerality, leading to a long, elegant finish supported by silky tannins.
