A family estate rooted in Chacé, in Anjou, where Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc flourish under the influence of a unique terroir.

In the glass: A golden robe with pale highlights, of silky clarity and promising density, like a glint of chalk in the light.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe Williams pear, acacia blossom, summer honey and candied citrus zest, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality evoking the subsoils of Brézé.
On the palate: A texture that is at once smooth and taut, carried by lively acidity and persistent salinity, while notes of yellow fruits and soft spices stretch into a long, precise finish.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C – White Burgundy-style wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
