The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2023 from Domaine Jean-Claude Ramonet is a Chardonnay born on the calcareous hillsides of Burgundy. Aged in oak barrels, it reveals aromas of citrus and white flowers, enhanced by a hint of vanilla. On the palate, its silky texture and chalky minerality combine with elegant balance. Ideal for 10 to 15 years of cellaring, it pairs beautifully with lobster or truffle brie.
Domaine Jean-Claude Ramonet

- Terroir: Calcareous and marly soils of the Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru appellation, the birthplace of white wines of chalky minerality and timeless elegance.
- Vinification: A sustainable approach, respectful of the fruit, yielding cuvées that are taut, pure, and of remarkable length.
