- Vinification: Traditional methods, aged in barrels for a pure expression of the grape variety, without artifice, where patience reveals the complexity of the terroir.

To the eye – A garnet red robe with tawny highlights, of a silky density, betraying an accomplished maturity and a harmonious structure.
On the nose – A bouquet where candied black cherry, dried bay leaf, a touch of smoky black tea and a subtle ferrous note evoking the limestone soils of the Clos des Chênes all intertwine.
On the palate – A velvety texture, carried by a vibrant acidity and a chalky minerality, where aromas of wild blackberry and soft spices stretch into a long and saline finish.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by slow maturity and preserved freshness, offering both a powerful and refined expression of the Volnay terroir.
