- Vinification: Traditional methods, aged in oak barrels to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir and reveal the complexity of the terroir.

To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a dense and precise wine.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, violet and liquorice, lifted by a hint of undergrowth and a subtle mineral note, evoking the chalky soils of Volnay.
On the palate: A juicy, fresh attack, carried by velvety tannins and a lively acidity, while a saline minerality extends a remarkably long finish.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
