The La Tâche Grand Cru 2019 from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti comes from Vosne-Romanée. This barrel-aged red wine offers notes of berries, spices and flowers, with a velvety and mineral palate. Ideal for long ageing, it pairs beautifully with lamb and cheeses.

Tasting notes for the wine Domaine de la Romanée-Conti La Tâche Grand Cru 2019
To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of violet, liquorice and a mineral hint reminiscent of damp chalk.
On the palate: Velvety texture, lively tension and chalky-fine tannins, carried by a saline acidity and an enchantingly long finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balance, where summer warmth and autumn freshness preserved the tension and purity of the fruit.
