Gazin 2010 OWC
The Château Gazin 2010, a wine from Pomerol, expresses its clay-gravelly terroir. At 86% Merlot, it unveils aromas of black cherry, truffle and cocoa after 18 months in oak barrels. Château Gazin
A family property anchored on the Pomerol plateau, Château Gazin perpetuates a viticultural heritage where the demands of the terroir have taken precedence for generations.
- Terroir : 23.5 hectares of vines set on soils of gravel, blue clay and sand, conferring a distinctive minerality and aromatic depth to the wines.
- Winemaking : Aged in French oak barrels, half of which are new, for an expression that is at once powerful and refined, where Merlot dominates with elegance.

- To the eye : A deep red robe with garnet highlights, dense and silky, betraying a generous body and a fine ripeness.
- On the nose : Aromas of black cherry and fresh blackcurrant intertwine with deeper notes of mocha, blonde tobacco and truffle, lifted by a saline and mineral touch.
- On the palate : A broad and full-bodied attack, carried by firm yet velvety tannins, a lively acidity and a chalky minerality that extends into a remarkably long finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
