Tasting notes for Château Gazin Gazin 2000
To the eye: Deep garnet red robe of velvety density, hinting at a generous material mellowed by time.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and candied black cherry intertwine with notes of cedar, blond tobacco, and a mineral hint of graphite, evoking the damp undergrowth of Pomerol.
