Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Terres Blanches 2018 Blanc
This Les Terres Blanches 2018 Blanc by Stéphane Bernaudeau, crafted from Chenin Blanc grown on white clays in Anjou, is vinified without additives. Notes of citrus and flowers, chalky minerality and a saline finish. Decant before serving with smoked salmon or goat's cheese; ideal until 2028.

A family estate rooted in Anjou, where respect for the terroir and natural winemaking give birth to wines of rare authenticity.
- Terroir: White clays and limestone soils of the Loire Valley, cradle of deep-rooted Chenin Blanc, shaping wines of a distinctive minerality.
- Vinification: Natural methods, spontaneous fermentations and aging on fine lees to preserve the purity and tension of the fruit.
Tasting notes for Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Terres Blanches 2018
To the eye: Golden robe with pale highlights, of a silky clarity, betraying a texture that is at once dense and airy.
On the nose: Aromas of candied lemon, ripe quince and acacia blossom, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality that evokes the white clay soils.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a persistent mineral backbone, leading to a long and saline finish where freshness and depth intertwine.
Serve at 15°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal the full complexity of the wine.

A vintage marked by balanced maturity, where the freshness and concentration of old vines combine to offer a wine of great precision.
- Aging potential: To be enjoyed until 2028 and beyond, provided it is stored in a cool place (12–14°C) away from light.
