A biodynamic winegrower in Anjou, Thomas Batardière perpetuates a heritage of precision and respect for the terroir in the Loire Valley.

- Vinification: Fermentation in barrels and restrained aging, for pure, taut, and unadorned cuvées.

To the eye: A golden robe with pale reflections, of silky clarity and chalky density.
On the nose: Aromas of yellow plum and ripe pear intertwine with notes of nashi and dried white flowers, carried by a saline mineral reduction and a hint of flint.
On the palate: A texture that is at once light and deep, where a lively acidity dialogues with flavors of crisp apple, candied lemon, and a long, saline, mineral finish carried by an elegant tension.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
