The Meursault Les Gruyaches 2020, born on the chalky soils of Meursault, expresses the purity of Chardonnay through notes of lime, hazelnut and white blossom. Its mineral and saline palate pairs beautifully with oysters or cream-based dishes. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 8 years.
Domaine Jean-Marc Roulot
A family estate rooted in the heart of Meursault, where exacting standards and respect for the terroir shape wines of rare precision.
- Terroir: Argilo-calcareous soils of Burgundy, hillside plots, temperate climate – the pure expression of Meursault, between minerality and elegance.
- Vinification: Natural method, aged in barrels for a silky tension, without artifice, where the fruit dialogues with the rock.

Tasting notes for Domaine Jean-Marc Roulot Meursault Gruyaches 2020
To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of crystalline clarity, revealing an unctuous and vibrant texture.
On the nose: Aromas of lime and hawthorn blossom on opening, followed by notes of roasted hazelnut, ripe pear and a saline touch, like a sea breeze over chalk.
On the palate: A broad and silky attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, before a long and taut finish, where yellow fruits and gunflint intermingle.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to release all its complexity.
Vintage 2020
A vintage marked by early ripeness and remarkable concentration, where mineral freshness balances the richness of the fruit.
- Ageing potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored in a cool place (12–14°C) away from light.
