The Domaine Roulot Meursault Les Vireuils 2022, a Chardonnay born on the limestone soils of Meursault, is aged 18 months on lees. Notes of lemon and acacia, chalky minerality, and a taut palate make it an elegant wine. Perfect with fish and shellfish, to enjoy now or within 5 to 8 years.

To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and chalky brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh lemon zest, acacia blossom, green apple, and a saline hint reminiscent of warm flint.
On the palate: Taut and precise texture, driven by a lively acidity and chalky minerality, with a long, saline finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
