To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers, candied lemon, roasted hazelnut and flint, lifted by a characteristic saline touch.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, supported by a chalky minerality, a taut acidity and a long finish, marked by notes of honey and roasted almond.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
