Domaine Nicole Lamarche
A Burgundian family estate, rooted in Vosne-Romanée since 1797, guardian of an exceptional viticultural heritage.

- Vinification: Traditional methods combining patience and precision, for wines of rare elegance, reflecting the purity of Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes for Domaine Nicole Lamarche La Grande Rue 1986
To the eye – A deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a silky density, betraying an accomplished maturity and a velvety structure.
On the nose – First, notes of candied morello cherry and faded rose, then wafts of damp forest floor, licorice, and light tobacco, lifted by a saline and chalky touch.
On the palate – An unctuous yet taut texture, carried by vibrant acidity and persistent minerality, with a long and spiced finish where black pepper and black cherry intermingle.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by slow and balanced ripening, offering wines of great depth, already fully developed yet still endowed with a beautiful tension.
