A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, it reveals aromas of citrus and red fruits, with a floral touch. On the palate, its saline minerality and fine tannins captivate. Tasting notes for the Louis Roederer Brut Nature Starck 2018 Rosé wine
– To the eye: A pale pink robe with salmon reflections, of a silky texture, underscored by a fine and persistent mousse.
– On the nose: Aromas of fresh citrus (blood orange), tangy redcurrant, violet and a saline touch evoking sea spray.
– On the palate: A juicy and crunchy attack, carried by mineral tension and grainy tannins, leading to a saline and spiced finish with a chalky length.
Serve between 8 and 10 °C, in a champagne flute to reveal its complexity.
