From the chalky soils of Champagne, the Cristal Roederer 2008 Late Release Magnum elevates Pinot Noir. Aged 13 years on the lees and 4 years after disgorgement, this brut seduces with its aromas of ripe fruit, honey and saline minerality. Drink until 2035. Pairings: roasted turbot or aged cheeses.
A family house founded in 1776, Louis Roederer embodies Champagne excellence through its deep roots in Champagne and its uninterrupted winemaking heritage.
- Terroir: Chalky and limestone soils from the classified crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs, shaping wines of distinctive minerality.
- Vinification: Precise blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, aged at length on the lees for a silky texture and aromatic complexity.
