On the eye – Golden robe with luminous reflections, traversed by a stream of fine and persistent bubbles, heralding a silky texture.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe nectarine and candied lemon intertwine with notes of pollen, white flower petals and roasted almonds, lifted by a saline touch and a discreet woody imprint.
On the palate – A velvety, almost unctuous attack, where the richness of yellow fruits blends with a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, extended by a saline and slightly smoky finish.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a champagne flute to preserve its freshness and effervescence.

A vintage marked by generous ripeness, balanced by a mineral freshness characteristic of great Champagne.
