Louis Roederer Collection 245
Discover Louis Roederer Collection 245, an exceptional cuvée from Maison Louis Roederer, founded in 1776 in Reims and world-renowned for its champagnes of excellence. This estate, which covers 240 hectares of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, embodies centuries-old know-how, sublimating the terroirs of the Marne Valley, Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs.
This brut champagne, with a light dosage of 7 g/l, offers incomparable freshness and elegance. Its blend is based on 41% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 24% Pinot Meunier, blending 55% 2020 vintage with 35% perpetual reserve (2012-2019) and 10% wood-aged wines. This process confers a unique richness and consistency.
To the eye, its golden color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as nectarine and lemon mingle with smoky, brioche notes. On the palate, it reveals a velvety texture, saline freshness and a long finish, balanced by a subtle limestone minerality. Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, this champagne embodies the quintessential Roederer style.
