- On the eye : Deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, silky in texture and chalky in density, heralding a material patinated by time.
- On the nose : Aromas of cedar, blonde tobacco, candied blackberry and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of liquorice, evoking the depth of a gravelly terroir.
- On the palate : A velvety attack, melted but still present tannins, supported by a lively acidity and a persistent minerality, leading to a long and harmonious finish where gentle spices and dark fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its complexity.
