The Château Pichon-Longueville Baron 1975, Second Grand Cru Classé of Pauillac, is born from the gravelly soils of the left bank. Its nose blends cedar, dark fruits and spices, while its taut and mineral palate offers a beautiful persistence. A wine for cellaring, perfect with game and aged cheeses.
A noble domaine de Pauillac, rooted in the history of the Grands Crus Classés de Bordeaux since 1855.

Tasting notes for Château Pichon-Longueville Baron 1975
To the eye: Garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a silky density and a brilliance subtly softened by the years.
On the nose: Aromas of candied blackcurrant, blond tobacco, aged cedar and damp undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: Velvety yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and harmonious finish where gentle spices and melted tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its bouquet.
