Discover Pierre Gerbais Champ Viole, an exceptional cuvée from Domaine Pierre Gerbais, located in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. This family estate, run by Aurélien Gerbais, cultivates 18 hectares of biodynamic vines on a unique Kimmeridgian terroir close to that of Chablis, producing champagnes of rare elegance.

This Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is distinguished by a light dosage of 3 g/l, offering remarkable freshness and tension. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it comes from the Champ Viole vineyard, where vines over 50 years old flourish on fossil-rich limestone soils. The blend includes a perpetual reserve (2011-2019) and 36 months' ageing on lees, conferring subtle complexity.

To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of lemon, green apple and white flowers intertwine with chalky minerality. On the palate, it reveals a lively texture, vibrant acidity and a saline finish, evoking citrus and wet stone. Ideal with seafood or as an aperitif, this champagne embodies the finesse and authenticity of the Pierre Gerbais style.
