This Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru 2023, a monopole of Domaine Prieuré Roch, reveals the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits. This Pinot Noir, with notes of cherry and liquorice, captivates with its freshness and silky tannins. Perfect with duck breast or mushrooms, it can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Nestled in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, this exceptional estate has perpetuated a winemaking heritage where precision and respect for the terroir have been combined since 1988.
- Terroir: the calcareous and marly soils of Gevrey-Chambertin, where Pinot Noir flourishes in a mineral and elegant expression.
- Vinification: a biological and low-interventionist approach, producing wines of remarkable purity and tension.

To the eye: a deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry intertwine with notes of violet and liquorice, lifted by a chalky touch and a subtle salinity.
On the palate: a lively and precise attack, where the minerality of the soils expresses itself in an elegant tension, carried by silky tannins and a long, saline finish.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
