The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux Vieilles Vignes 2023 from Domaine Denis Bachelet reveals a limestone terroir of the Côte de Nuits. This Pinot Noir (60–70 years old), aged in barrels, offers aromas of black fruits, spices and violet. Silky texture and chalky minerality on the palate. To be cellared for 10 years to accompany red meats and aged cheeses.
