This Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut is distinguished by its minimal dosage of 1.5 g/l, offering incomparable purity and freshness. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier, the estate's emblematic grape variety, it is crafted from a base of the 2019 harvest, enriched with 35% reserve wines from the 2015 and 2017 vintages. This composition gives it remarkable depth and consistency.
On tasting, it reveals a pale gold color with fine bubbles. The nose opens with greedy aromas of red fruit, crisp apple and brioche notes, with a touch of chalky minerality.
