The Sylvie Esmonin Côte de Nuits-Villages 2023, born from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, reveals the elegance of Pinot Noir. Vibrant red fruits, mineral notes and precise aging compose this wine with a silky, fresh palate. To be enjoyed from 2026 with red meats or aged cheeses.
Nestled at the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, this family estate has perpetuated a winemaking heritage since the 15th century, combining Burgundian tradition with contemporary expertise.
- Terroir : 8 hectares of vines in the Côte de Nuits, on clay-limestone and marl soils, shaping Pinot Noir of mineral precision and rare elegance.
- Vinification : Organic methods, hand harvesting and aging in barrels for cuvées where the purity of the fruit speaks to the complexity of the terroir.

To the eye – Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of silky texture and crystalline brilliance, heralding a wine that is both dense and ethereal.
On the nose – Freshness of morello cherry and crunchy raspberry, evolving toward deeper notes of wild blackberry and violet, lifted by a saline touch and a discreet chalky minerality.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by silky tannins and a taut acidity, where ripe red fruits, gentle spices and a long finish mingle, marked by a persistent salinity and mineral elegance.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to release the full aromatic complexity.
