From the clay-limestone terroirs of Brochon, the Denis Bachelet Côte de Nuits-Villages 2023 is a Pinot Noir aged in 25% new oak barrels. Notes of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, with a mineral touch. Silky and fresh on the palate. Enjoy now or within 5 to 8 years, paired with red meats or cheeses.
A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, where exacting standards and tradition shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Four hectares of vines on clay-limestone soils, primarily in the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir flourishes with mineral precision.
- Vinification: A rigorous method – full destemming, cold maceration, and barrel aging, producing wines of remarkable purity and tension.
