The Côte de Nuits-Villages 2023 from Domaine Denis Bachelet is born on the calcareous-clay soils of Brochon. This Pinot Noir, aged with 25% new oak, offers notes of red fruits, spices and cherry. The palate, ample and precise, captivates with its mineral freshness. Best enjoyed within 5 to 8 years, with game or aged cheeses.

To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh raspberry and wild strawberry intertwine with deeper notes of black cherry and blackcurrant, lifted by a touch of liquorice and a subtle mineral smokiness.
On the palate: Ample and velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with fine tannins and a long finish, where gentle spices and a delicate saltiness linger.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
