The Côte de Nuits-Villages 2023 from Domaine Denis Bachelet is born on the calcareous-clay soils of Brochon. This Pinot Noir, aged with 25% new oak, offers notes of red fruits, spices and cherry. The palate, ample and precise, captivates with its mineral freshness. Best enjoyed within 5 to 8 years, with game or aged cheeses.
Domaine Denis Bachelet
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Gevrey-Chambertin, where exacting standards and patience shape wines of rare precision.
- Terroir: Calcareous-clay soils of the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir expresses a chalky minerality and a characteristic tension.
- Vinification: Traditional methods, measured ageing in French oak barrels, for cuvées that are both structured and of a silky elegance.
