This Grand Cru Extra Brut from Adrien Renoir, sourced from Verzy, blends Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using biodynamic methods. Aged in barrels and stainless steel, it reveals notes of citrus, white fruits and toast, a chalky minerality and a silky bubble. Perfect with shellfish or cheeses, it can be cellared for up to 8 years.
Fourth generation of a winemaking family rooted in Verzy, Adrien Renoir perpetuates a legacy where precision meets respect for the living.
- Terroir: Chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims, Grand Cru de Verzy – a mineral signature and characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Biodynamics, indigenous yeasts and barrel aging for Champagnes of vibrant purity.
