A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where time shapes sparkling wines of rare purity.
- Terroir: The chalky soils of Avize, a Grand Cru of Champagne, where Chardonnay draws its legendary minerality.
- Winemaking: Aging in used barrels, indigenous yeasts, and patience—a pursuit of authenticity without compromise.

Appearance – Pale gold with green highlights, a silky texture, and fine bubbles as delicate as chalky lace.
Nose – First, notes of fresh almond and candied lemon zest, followed by toasted bread and beeswax, lifted by a saline touch reminiscent of sea breezes.
Palate – Vibrant tension, with lively acidity meeting chalky minerality and carrying through to a long, saline finish of taut elegance.
