A family estate anchored in the Côte de Nuits, where biodynamics reveals the purity of Burgundian terroirs.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of Burgundy, the cradle of Aligoté, where minerality expresses itself with precision.
- Vinification: Natural methods and tank aging to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the grape variety.

On the nose: Aromas of white peach and lime intertwine with notes of crisp apple and green papaya, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of wild honey.
On the palate: A fresh and taut attack, carried by a bright acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long and saline finish where citrus and orchard fruits intermingle.
