Since 1982, Hervé Arlaud and his children run the family estate founded in 1949 in Morey Saint Denis and located on the best terroirs of Côte de Nuits: several Morey Saint Denis 1er cru, Charmes Chambertin, Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint Denis, Bonnes Mares….
In the vineyard, an important effort is made to let Nature express itself : biodynamic certification, horse-drawn ploughing, very selective harvest... In the cellar, wines are aged with delicacy up to 18 month before bottling without fining or filtration.
The result? Very pure wines combining charm and elegance, from the “Bourgogne Roncevie” cuvee to the wonderful Clos Saint Denis vinified with partially destemmed harvest.
